Tsuivan is a stir-fried noodle dish which includes meat (usually mutton, beef or pork) and vegetables such as carrots, cabbage, onion and capsicum.

It is believed that this dish is influenced by a stir-fry noodle dish available in Northern China called Chuibin, but has become its own unique dish over time.
